We've had some illuminating shows with ConocoPhillips and the Alaska Gasline Port Authority about competing plans for pipelines to deliver Alaska's natural gas to market. This time we're giving listeners a crack at the Governor's gasline team.Only one bidder -- TransCanada -- could satisfy all the terms in the Governor's process for promoting a natural gas pipeline.
