Alaska will see an influx of funding for trails and other outdoor infrastructure this year, and it couldn’t be coming at a better time. The pandemic encouraged more people than ever to get outside. And better access to parks and recreation will be key as the beleaguered tourism industry looks to recover. How will the proposed Alaska Long Trail between Seward and Fairbanks play into that?
