There are now state as well as federal charges against those five Fairbanks-area militia members, and a sixth person. The state indictments also include Rachel Barney, the wife of Coleman Barney. The indictments also charge Schaeffer Cox, Michael Anderson and Lonnie and Karen Vernon.
