Steve Heimel, APRN - AnchorageA headon crash on the icy Parks Highway between Fairbanks and Ester claimed the life of a Dillingham woman. Andrea Ruby, 28, was a passenger in a SUV driven by Jerry Hunt, 24, also of Dillingham. He has life threatening injuries. The woman who drove the other vehicle was not identified yet.
