Homer area residents will likely see a small modified jet flying over KachemakBay starting at the end of the week. As part of a two-year project called hydropalooza, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) will be using the jet to update shoreline maps and nautical charts of Kachemak Bay.Emily Schwing, KBBI - HomerDownload audio
