Anchorage developer Dave Cuddy officially announced his candidacy for the US Senate today. He'll run as a republican, and for the second time, will try to beat Senator Ted Stevens in a GOP primary. In a previous attempt in 1996, Cuddy spent nearly a million dollars of his own money, and took 27% of the vote from Stevens.David Shurtleff, APRN - Anchorage
