In a flashback, Captain O and Osgood must stop Dottie Doubloon. She's already polka-dotted island ten and eight. Maybe she's skip counting down by two? But Dottie isn't skip counting at all - she's using dice to decide which island to dot. There's no pattern, it's random! Even so, there are only eleven combinations that she can roll with two dice - so only eleven islands can be dotted!
