Anchorage communities reporterHannah covers the people, projects, and cultures that make Anchorage the place it is. She is always excited to hear story ideas from the public. She has worked at Alaska Public Media since the spring of 2025.
She stumbled into her career in public radio while riding out the pandemic in her hometown of Petersburg. She took a “temporary” job at KFSK and quickly fell in love with producing and hosting. She started reporting for the station in 2023.
When she’s not on the job, Hannah loves hiking uphill, reading essays, and dancing with her daughter.
