Fuel Spilled After Vessel Loses Power, Drifts into Channel Rocks

On-scene co-ordinator Ashley Anderson says 800 to 1,000 gallons of fuel spilled. Rough ocean conditions have prevented a damage assessment, but Anderson expects that a lot of the fuel oil was carried out to sea.
