Tomorrow Anchorage residents can clear their medicine cabinets and cupboard shelves of no longer needed prescriptions in a way that's safe and legal.It's a rare household that doesn't have the remainder of no a longer needed prescription or two...or more...lingering on some shelf. According the Mary Sullivan, one of the founders of the Alaska Safe Medicine Alliance, such drugs are all too often apt to be misused.
