On a Friday evening in late September the UAA Honors College welcomed Howard Weaver, former editor of the Anchorage Daily News, to campus to discuss the ever-changing media scene.Weaver's speech, "Information Saturation: Sustaining a Place for Journalism in a Ubiquitous Media World," draws on his decades of experience as a professional journalist -- experience that started in Anchorage and captured two Pulitzer Prizes in 1976 and 1989.
