Alaska teens’ perspective on mental health stigma and advocacy

Stigma is one of the biggest barriers to people seeking treatment for depression and other mood disorders. Mental health programs are often poorly funded compared to those for conditions like cancer and heart disease. This week on Line One, Prentiss Pemberton speaks with two teens working with their peers to change the story by sharing theirs.
