The nation’s worst oil spill happened here in Alaska on Good Friday twenty years ago. The Exxon-Valdez oil spill galvanized public opinion nationwide, and led to strong new laws and a concern about marine conservation that has grown ever since. But has that concern truly taken hold here in Alaska? For the next two weeks, the issues surrounding the Exxon-Valdez spill will be the subject on Talk of Alaska from APRN.
