A woman died in a fire that gutted an Anchorage apartment Sunday morning. Two men and a three-year-old girl were able to escape through a second floor window. The flames prompted authorities to shut down Lake Otis Parkway for a while. No identities on the victime yet. The dead woman is thought to be the child's grandmother.
