UPDATE (Thu, March 20, 2008)After this story on Assembly Seat G was produced and posted, the Alaska Supreme Court announced it will hear arguments about incumbent Dick Traini's right to run for re-election. The municipal clerk filed an appeal with the Supreme Court after a Superior Court Judge ruled Monday, March 17th, that Traini could not run. The Supreme Court has said it will expedite the case.Len Anderson, KSKA - Anchorage
