On Wednesday the Public safety committee of the Anchorage Assembly unanimously recommended the full Assembly reject a proposed ordinance its sponsor said would help catch illegal aliens, but witnesses said was unnecessary and could prove harmful.Len Anderson, KSKA - Anchorage
