Hometown, Alaska: Why Are We Here?

Image source: Alaska Department of Labor and Workforce Development, Research and Analysis Section, Demographics UnitMost Alaskans came from somewhere else. We all had reasons for coming, reasons for staying. And those reasons can tell a lot about our community, and how it’s changed. On Hometown, Alaska, host  Charles Wohlforth will be talking with demographer Neal Fried and UAA historian Steve Haycox about who makes up Anchorage. And we’ll listen to our neighbors, too, about why we all came, and why we stay.
