Talk of Alaska: The Alaska Gasline Inducement Act

Financing a forty billion-dollar project is not easy, but it’s being actively talked about now as two different proposals for an Alaska natural gas pipeline make their way through open seasons for customers.

One of these proposals involves half a billion dollars in matching funds provided by the state government.
