Attached are Anchorage Mayor Mark Begich’s full remarks when asked about the city’s concerns with the state District Attorney’s office. The telephone conversation took place Friday morning, September 7, 2007. I began by asking him to expand upon the assertion he made on KSKA’s Community Forum that the state was simply not giving the city the legal support it needs.
