On Tuesday June 19, 2007, KSKA’s Len Anderson talked with Anchorage School District Superintendent Carol Comeau about the district’s efforts to create an extracurricular scheduling policy that recognizes the important cultural and religious observances of its students. The conversation took place immediately after the Policy Committee of the Anchorage School Board had discussed culturally-sensitive scheduling.
