A man was shot to death in Anchorage’s Mountain View neighborhood shortly after midnight last night. Anchorage police have not yet released an identity. Shots were heard at the 3500 block of Richmond Avenue. Investigation continues and police are seeking any tips from the public on Crimestoppers.
