Yesterday Governor Sarah Palin vetoed $268 million dollars from the capital projects list approved by the legislature in this year's regular session. When making her announcement, the governor said no region of the state escaped the cuts. Anchorage was no exception.Len Anderson, KSKA - Anchorage
