Handy Alaskan hint #1097: next time you go to give your eagle a bath, have a couple of stress balls handy. They make great talon defusers. The Bird Treatment and Learning Center is a nonprofit dedicated to rehabilitating sick, injured or orphaned wild birds and providing avian education programs to the public. Seniors from most of Anchorage’s high schools are graduating this week and next. The district's high schools rank among the most diverse in the nation.
