Supreme Court: DNR Wrongfully Issued Pebble Permits

AIDEA Holds Off On F.N.G. Decision

The Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority has delayed action on the state agency’s proposed purchase of Fairbanks Natural Gas parent company Pentex. Alaska LNG Gains Milestone With Export License

The federal Energy Department announced today it will license Liquified Natural Gas exports from Nikiski, even to countries that don't have a free trade agreement with the U.S. The authorization is conditional on winning final approval from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
