An adaptation Euripides’ The Trojan Women, UAA’s The Women Of… is a modern day critique of war and its effect on women. Directed and adapted by UAA Theatre Professor, Dr. David Edgecombe, the script is a collaboration of five playwrights, including UAA students Christina Ashby and Van Le Crockett who also star in the show. The Women Of… opens tonight and runs through March 5 at UAA’s Mainstage Theater.
