Alaska Jazz Workshop
The Alaska Jazz Workshop is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit arts and service organization providing jazz education programs and performance opportunities in Alaska. The AJW uses jazz improvisation as a platform to develop students' creativity, teaming skills, and their appreciation for Jazz music. AJW seeks to complement programs offered by other jazz and music organizations in communities throughout Alaska.

Alaska Jazz Workshop Fall Registration
On August 11, 2012 Alaska Jazz Workshop Faculty Jazz Sextet Concert performed featuring internationally acclaimed Jazz Bari Saxophonist Denis Dibasio. The concert culminated the 2012 Jazz Improvisation Camp for secondary school students.
Additional workshops are scheduled this fall for all skill levels.
