Anchorage police are investigating the death of a man whose body was found near the side of a road.
KTUU says police are calling the death near Valley of the Moon Park suspicious.
Sgt. Glenn Daily says the man’s death appears to be due to a head injury that isn’t immediately explainable.
Police say a driver found the body near the side of Arctic Boulevard and 20th Avenue at about 4:30 a.m. Sunday.
The man has been identified and police are trying to notify next of kin.
