Drum of Waste Oil Dumped Near Crescent Creek Trail

Somebody dumped a drum of waste oil into a pond near the Crescent Creek trail off the Sterling Highway. The Department of Environmental Conservation says Emerald Alaska Inc. has been hired to clean up the spill.
