Anchorage police have identified the young man who was shot to death in Mountainview yesterday as Devante Jordan, 19. They say investigation is ongoing. A neighbor says Jordan had been at the apartment for a few months. He has some misdemeanor charges on his police record from the short time he had been an adult.
