An Anchorage representative has pre-filed legislation to stop a common car dealer practice that he says has no basis other than pure profit for the dealer. Democrat Les Gara wants to prohibit a common fee tacked unto the majority of dealer purchased cars. KSKA’s Len Anderson reports on the legislation due to be released tomorrow (Friday).
