Tuning in to KSKA today are the audiences in Juneau, Hoonah and Gustavus. Extremely high winds in downtown Juneau have damaged three satellite antennas at the KTOO building, and will carry some KSKA programming until full NPR service can be restored. As of 10 a.m. on Wednesday, KTOO is uncertain about the extent of the damage or when it will be safe to make repairs. KTOO doesn’t expect to restore full service until sometime tomorrow at earliest.
