This Monday Anchorage families who otherwise couldn’t afford a traditional Thanksgiving meal can go to various locations across the municipality to receive a turkey and all the holiday fixings. As KSKA’s Len Anderson reports, the distribution centers have all the turkeys they need, but a few still worry they’re a little short of side dishes.

Despite inclement weather on Monday, November 22, the Food Bank of Alaska has announced that the Thanksgiving Blessing distribution of Turkeys and other traditional fixings will take place as scheduled, from 3 to 8 pm.
