Exxon-Mobil reports it has finished drilling two gas wells at Point Thompson on the North Slope ahead of schedule. The company hasn’t said anything about what was found at the two development wells, which were drilled to 16 thousand feet. Point Thompson is east of Prudhoe Bay and not connected to a pipeline.
