Former Governor Sarah Palin has endorsed Joe Miller, a Tea Party favorite. Miller is close to unseating incumbent Republican Senator Lisa Murkowski. Republicans are encouraged to call-in and comment on “the Palin effect.” Does the endorsement make a difference?
