At Tuesday evening’s Anchorage Assembly meeting and again at his weekly press availability on Wednesday, Mayor Dan Sullivan happily described the municipality’s share of the statewide capital budget. But Sullivan also reminded the assembly just how much of the legislative approved dollars finally reaches Anchorage depends upon Governor Parnell.
