This afternoon the courtroom phase of the motion to suppress all evidence gathered from what Joshua Wade’s lawyers call an “improper” search warrant concluded. But as KSKA’s Len Anderson reports, it could be nearly the end of December before the judge decides whether key evidence in Wade’s murder trial can be used.
