Our series on the city-wide bond propositions in the April 1st Anchorage Municipal Election now turns to Propositions 1 and 4.
In the original version of this story, we erroneously said the city would not issue the bonds of Proposition Four unless the state issued a matching grant of $2,000,000 toward Anchorage pool repair. That is not correct. The state could give a grant for the repairs of less than $2,000,000, in which case the city would issue bonds matching the lesser amount of the state grant.
