Born and raised in Wrangell, Alaska, Vietnam Veteran, Einar Hasseth discusses his deployment to Vietnam. Hasseth served in Vietnam in 1964 as a Combat Radio Operator for the 82nd Battalion, 3rd Brigade and shares some of experiences. Vietnam Echoes is produced by Alaska Public Media on the occasion of The Vietnam War, a film by Ken Burns and Lynn Novick premiering on PBS in September 2017.
