To join the Kids Club, please fill out the form below. Kids Club welcomes families and educators. Remember:

• Fill out one form for each child.
• To have your child’s name read on TV during their birthday month, names must be received by the 15th of the month before their birthday.
• Names are read the week (Sunday-Saturday) of the child’s birthday.
• Names remain in our system unless we receive a request to have them removed.
