Personal recreational marijuana use and possession became legal in Alaska on February 24, 2015, as determined by voters through the passage of Ballot Measure 2. This requires the State to develop regulations regarding the sale and use. On this Line One program we will discuss where the State is in the development of regulations and what we know about the effects of marijuana and it’s legalization in other states.
