A nice demonstration of how to filet a Halibut by long-time Alaska resident Don Sheets. The fish was caught on Kachemak Bay near Bear Cove, Alaska on June 30th, 2013.
It was delicious. We were visiting family and friends for the week and had a fabulous time in Bear Cove and elsewhere in Alaska. It is such a beautiful and unforgettable place!
