Tomorrow a rally is planned in downtown Anchorage over the killing of Trayvon Martin by a Florida community patrol volunteer. The law that might prevent prosecution of the man who killed Martin is also under consideration by the state Legislature. It is called the Stand Your Ground Law, sponsored in Alaska by Mark Neuman of Mat-Su.
