Fiesta Colors Could Boost Potato Sales

Locally grown produce could be taking on a new festive look soon.  Researchers in Palmer are working on what they call “novelty” potatoes.  The colorful tubers are eye catching and tasty and producers are hoping they will attract enough consumers  to created a commercial market.
