NANA Diving into Offshore Oil Service Business

The Kotzebue-area Native corporation is getting into the offshore oil service business.  NANA Development is not disclosing the financial terms, but will end up owning Grand Isle Shipyard Incorporated, on the coast of the Gulf of Mexico. They say the same management will stay in place.
